A Bourbon Street rite of passage, a blend of Meyers and Silver Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and a splash of grenadine

Duck and Anduille Gumbo*
Dark Roux, bell peppers, smoked sausage, and slow cooked duck

Starters

Southern Fried Frog Legs**
Buttermilk marinated crispy fried frog legs, pickled okra, smoked pasilla pepper sauce

Crawfish Biegnets*
Crawfish and corn fritters, remoulade sauce

Sausage & Cheese*
Grilled house made andouille sausage, Gruyère cheese, stone ground mustard, assorted pickles, grilled focaccia

Plates

Shrimp and Gritts*
Seven jumbo pork belly wrapped gulf shrimp, Parmesan grits, corn fried green beans, creole gravy

Crawfish Etouffé*
Crawfish tails and andouille sausage simmered in a spicy cajun sauce, rice, cornbread

Blackened Hangar Steak*
Wagyu hanger steak from Panama, Iowa, cooked medium rare, white chedder potato gratin, grilled broccolini, red eye reduction

Desserts

Chocolate Cake
A decadent flourless cake made with Belgian chocolate cooked to order with a liquid center, served with scoop a of vanilla ice cream. Must be ordered with main course.

Crème Brûlée
Rich custard made with Tahitian vanilla beans

Bananas Foster
Brown sugar and brandy bananas flambée, brioche bread pudding, vanilla ice cream

Passion Fruit Sorbet
House made with chopped strawberries
